Each project has its own personality, by offering different density options, as it is a metal fabric, we allow our clients to materialize the soul of their ideas with the intensity they desire.

Finishes and colors

Finishes and colors

Transforming a space never had this many creative options.

Anodized

The anodizing process brings color, stability and hardness to the chain links. Customize your project with our extensive color palette with brilliant and satin finishes.

Customization

Customization

Every project is unique, that is why we take a collaborative approach to every detail and strive to break boundaries in support of our clients’ ideas and needs. If it is possible, we will find a way!

Sizes

From the smallest and most delicate to the most majestic and large aluminum chain projects, each one will be creatively developed and taken care of from inception through install.

Image

We know a picture is worth a thousand words - and we have found the way to translate these emotions through our custom graphical architectural design solutions. We can reproduce any picture, pattern, graphic or corporate design. Utilizing our mosaic inspired approach every link act as a pixel.

Shapes and volumes

The limit is everyone’s imagination. By creating 3D volumes and defining required shapes, we can materialize ideas in a most vivid way.

Mounting options

Mounting options

Slim

Rectangular and discreet. This is the ideal solution for projects where the rail does not need to stand out.

FlexRail

Light rail suitable for both straight and curved shapes.

Minioval

Tubular rail suitable for both straight and curved shapes.

QUAD

By Roger Vancells

Square rail adaptable to any straight line and most curves.

QUAD Traversing

By Roger Vancells

System that integrates a tape to provide mobility to the chains. The tape allows us to create a flat or wave effect.

QUAD Sliding

By Roger Vancells

Movable rail system with slide rails allowing the creation of a "panel" effect.

Feel Free

By estudi{H}ac

Self-supporting system that allows the installation of chains without the need for support or fixing to the ceiling or wall.

BCN Tensed System

Floor and ceiling fastening profile that includes a spring system on the upper part, ensuring the stability of the chains.

BCN Framed System

It is composed of the BCN Tensed System and two side bars that complete the frame.

Volume

Structure that allows the combination of different densities, shapings and chain lengths to achieve surprising effects and volumes.

Custom fixation

Custom fixation

Every project is unique, that is why we take a collaborative approach to every detail and strive to break boundaries in support of our clients’ ideas and needs. If it is possible, we will find a way!

Inferior fastening

Used in select façade and high-wind outdoor installations, this option fastens chain strands to a lower rail that is fixed to floor or superstructure.

Chain linking

The chains can be joined together using rings, at any height and as many times as required. This option gives the curtain rigidity and prevents crossing through the chain panel.

Chain shaping

This consists of “trimming” the height along a profile to create doors, steps and slopes at the bottom of the curtain. Shaping can follow straight or curved lines to create surprising effects. The chain can be demarked with a frame or remain free.

    Weight lb/sq ft. 0.62 lb 0,79 lb 0.46 lb 0,61 lb
  • Chain measurements

Projects can be adapted to any size, height and width. Aluminum is a very light element and it is easy to handle.

Material is delivered built to the measurements as indicated by the customer.
The sizes always include the rail and the support system.

Due to the size of the meshes and the spaces between strands, the measurements may not be exact, although they are as close as technically possible to the height and width requested, without exceeding these measurements.

For best chain presence, we typically leave 3/4” space at the bottom of the curtain.

  • Anodization

Our links have been through a decorative anodizing process. All Kriskadecor anodizing machinery has been developed by our team and the whole production process is done in-house in our own facilities.

This electrochemical process fixes the color to the aluminum chain and creates a cover which provides protection against light and humidity.

One of our outstanding characteristics is the wide range of colors we offer to our customers.

The maintenance is quite simple as chains can be cleaned with water and neutral soap.

  • Installation & Maintenance

The material is supplied ready to install, including the rail and fasteners. Installation is simple and does not require specialized personnel.

Before installation, check that the element on which the feature or curtain will be installed to will be able to take its weight.

For chain maintenance, clean with water and mild soap (such as Ivory liquid.) Vapor or water pressure machines can also be used.
