The new studio is in an industrial barn of 6000 square feet set in a mixture of beautiful West Sussex countryside and scrap-yard debris. It will house a new ceramics area, a storage facility and a fabrication space for large works.
Andrew will show for the first time an enlarged and updated version of his 1992 installation, The Sea of Sun, first shown at BAC in London then in the inaugural contemporary sculpture exhibition at the Henry Moore Institute in 1994, then at the Musee de l’Elysee in Lausanne and last exhibited at Culturgest in Lisbon in 2000. Alongside The Sea of Sun he will show a number of new works.
