Kriskadecor showcases the creative potential of its chains to European specifiers in Barcelona

Last May, Kriskadecor hosted the 1st gathering with European specifiers in Barcelona. Through a blend of work sessions and cultural/leisure activities, we had the opportunity to showcase the full potential of our aluminium chain solutions, their extensive customisation capabilities, indoor and outdoor fixing systems, as well as to share the rich history behind the brand.

During the 16th and 17th, specifiers from renowned European architecture and interior design firms had the opportunity to witness how our chains have been incorporated into various projects, guided by the brand's export managers, Mònica Leranoz and Aida Roca. The first of these projects took place at the Hotel Vincci Gala, where specifiers could admire a design solution in an XXL installation. Additionally, the remarkable project by the Japanese studio Kengo Kuma & Associates at Casa Batlló, which revamped the interior of the stairs and atrium with Kriskadecor's metal curtains, allowed them to perceive the immense creative and structural potential achievable through a single link.

The gathering concluded with a visit to the exhibition "A Leaf Instead of the Eye", a retrospective of Barcelona-based artist Daniel Steegmann Mangrané at the MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona). Through an immersive experience, the artist questions the logic we maintain with our environment. In this exhibition, Kriskadecor's curtains intervene as a conceptual part, compelling visitors to interact.

Our initial encounter with European specifiers surpassed all our expectations. The two days we spent with them will undoubtedly be a milestone in our relationship.
