The company was founded in 1926 by Josep Maria Sans Amill, born in Montblanc in 1903. He was a pioneer in the art of designing and constructing machinery.

His motto was "there is nothing that can´t be done, we only have to find the way", and it still remains the company's slogan. Innovation is an essential part of our company's culture and philosophy.

In 1957 his son, Josep Maria Sans Folch, invented the aluminium Kriska chain. He also devised a special anodizing process that guarantees the special characteristics of the chain. From that time onwards the company's progress has been unstoppable, consistently creating top quality products to meet our customers' requirements.

The Kriska Chain is completely manufactured at our facilities in Montblanc, where all production processes and quality are being controlled continuously.
